If the buyer brings goods of different quality than those mentioned in the contract to be delivered to the seller, the buyer may accept the whole of such goods, refuse to accept the whole of the goods, or accept a part of them and refuse the rest of the goods.
(2) According to sub-section (1), in case of rejection of an item in whole or in part, the buyer may send another item instead of such item or give notice to the seller to improve the quality of such item if the quality of such item can be improved.
(3) If the notice is given in accordance with sub-section (2), the seller shall deliver another item or improve its quality in accordance with the notice given by the buyer or in accordance with the mutual agreement.
